Texas Again Mistakenly Flags Voters for Citizenship Reviews
A group of civil and voting rights organizations is suing the Land's chief election officers and local election officials in five counties, challenge Texas' voter citizenship review efforts are unconstitutional considering they intentionally target naturalized citizens and voters of color.
